Clarion Security (Memphis)
Clarion Security recently terminated an employee, but dodged the employee instead of facing the employee and hesitated to give a definite answer to the termination. The supervisor never called, nor did the manager or the owner or the Human Resource personnel contact the employee to inform them of the termination. No, that would've interrupted their plan to embarass the employee who they fired wrongfully because of a possible underlying hidden agenda. They let the employee report to work as usual and the supervisor soon came to the site to ask the employee why was she at work and told her that she wasn't suppose to be there and to report to the office. The owner told her that she "thinks she's being terminated" when she finally got in contact with her after repeated calls. She "thinks" she's being terminated? Either you're pregnant or you're not. This employee has been adversely affected by the actions of Clarion security and regrets ever walking into their doors to apply for a job with this company. This conduct is very low down and dirty and unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company to not even a dog. I'm guessing that Clarion, like alot of employers these days, feel as though they can treat people just any kind of way just because they feel that the average person "needs" a job. God doesn't like ugly, and I hear that he isn't too fond of pretty.
